  Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30, 1990, also known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is a popular American rapper and singer. His stage name is a fusion of the name a beloved uncle, and the initials Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his debut major-label contract in 2012, with Epic Records. He signed a joint recording agreement with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. His Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. In 2013 Scott released the mixtape on his own Owl Phaoh. A follow-up mixtape called Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his first studio album. It included the smash track "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) hit number one on the Billboard 200. In the following year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo called Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the group name Huncho Jack.In 2018, his third studio album, Astroworld, was released to critical acclaim and produced his debut Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in late 2019. This album topped the Billboard 200. After the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott was the first rapper to make it to first place on the Hot 100 with three songs within a mere one year.
